Mr Fleming and Ms Blumann founded Flipside burgers in 2006, followed up by Mrs Brown Bar.
In 2012 they opened another Flipside in Northbridge, accompanied by bar Mechanics Institute.
Bread + Circuses now operates the Guildhall event space and Propeller restaurant in North Fremantle, as well as The Dominion League bar in Northbridge.
