Barrooghumba WPH JV (the JV) is a fully incorporated 50:50 venture between Western Plant Hire (WA) and Nyiyaparli Engineering and Mine Maintenance Services (NEMMS). Together, they deliver proven project performance with a culturally and environmentally sensitive approach to business.
They kick off new projects with a minimum 20% Indigenous employee involvement, and actively encourage their employees to up-skill and develop through ongoing investment in training and mentoring.
