Rio Tinto - Real estate management, workplace solutions and facility management services across 40 properties in the global portfolio. As of 2019, BGIS managed facilities for clients including Rio Tinto, Edith Cowan University, Optus Stadium, HBF Health, Perth Courts, South3, and Western Power.
BGIS previously operated as Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions and prior to that as Brookfield-Multiplex. BGIS was acquired by private equity investor CCMP in 2019.
BGIS manages the Optus stadium building/facility under a 25-year public-private partnership including the management of all aspects of the physical asset including the HVAC, seating, ground/turf, independently of VenuesLive which is the venue manager for hospitality services.
