Atherton Resources, formerly Mungana Goldmines, is a resource-based exploration and development company focused on the Chillagoe Mineral District in Northern Queensland.

In December 2015, Auctus Minerals (via one of its subsidiaries) acquired Atherton Resources and subsequently delisted the company and renamed it Auctus Resources.
