Aston Minerals (formerly European Cobalt, Western Mining Network, Western Manganese) is involved in three cobalt projects in Slovakia and Finland.

It changed its name to European Cobalt in May 2017, following the acquisition of the Dobsina Co-Ni project in Slovakia. In December 2020, it changed its name again to Aston Minerals.
