Arcadium Lithium

Arcadium Lithium is a dual NYSE- and ASX-listed vertically integrated lithium chemicals producer. Arcadium was formed through the 2023 merger of ASX-listed Allkem and NYSE-listed Livent.

Allkem was a global ASX-listed specialty lithium chemicals company with its headquarter in Buenos Aires and a corporate office in Brisbane. Previously called Orocobre, it acquired Perth-based lithium miner Galaxy Resources in 2021, with the merged company changing its name to Allkem. Following the acquisition of Galaxy, its portfolio included lithium brine and borax operations in Argentina, a hard-rock lithium operation in Australia and a lithium hydroxide conversion facility in Japan.
