Amaero International (3DA) manufactures large format complex components in metal with laser-based additive manufacturing processes.
Additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing, builds a three-dimensional object from a computer-aided design (CAD) model. The company uses 3D printers to make components out of various metal alloys for its clients, mainly in the defence and aerospace industries.
Amaero intends to expand into the tooling industry, and to begin distributing 3D printers in North America.
