AAIG has delivered more than 1.5 million square metres of commercial and residential projects throughout Asia since 2009.
Its first project in Perth was Capital Square, the new headquarters for Woodside Petroleum at the old Emu Brewery site on Mounts Bay Road.

The companies AAIG Pty Ltd, CA Corporation, and CA & Associates are connected to Malaysian property developer Victor Goh, and all three are wholly-owned by Centure Smith.
