Scott Nugent is the Divisional Development Manager WA for AMP Capital Investors. Scott has 24 years’ experience in property asset management and development.

Joining AMP Capital in 2011, Scott has worked in both Australia and Asia in a variety of roles encompassing not only development management but also asset management positions. Scott has held positions in several major property and banking companies including Lend Lease, Macquarie Bank, and The Link Reit (Hong Kong).

Before joining AMP Capital, Scott was the Director (Project and Development) for the Link REIT in Hong Kong, there he was responsible for the $3.1b (HK$) development pipeline of projects. Previously, in Australia Scott was Head of Asset Management for Macquarie Countrywide and Development Manager at Lend Lease for Erina Fair ($213m).

Scott holds a Masters of Business Administration and Post Graduate (Business Admin) from Murdoch University and Associate Diploma in Business and is a License Real Estate and Business Agent.
