Nick Shinner

Nick recently joined OP Properties as Sales and Marketing Manager specifically to spearhead the refinement and production of all Montreal Commons marketing collateral, advertising material and be the fulltime internal project selling agent. 

Prior to joining OP Properties Nick was the No.1 top selling W.A. Project Marketing Salesperson for WA’s leading premium developer (FY19/20 selling over $60m) as well as undertaking the Sales Management role on One Subiaco ($240m) and The Grove ($260m) developments. In total Nick has now been involved with the sales of apartment projects with a GSV in excess of $1 billion.

Nick has spent the last 30 years undertaking a range of project selling agent sales and marketing roles within the WA and UK property industry.

Having also worked across most sectors within the property industry including for project home builders, small to large apartment and residential developers, general business and project marketing agencies, he is able to leverage his diverse and significant marketing and selling experience to generate the best project outcomes. This includes working with referral partners, overseas agents and channel agencies of all descriptions, local agents, site acquisition, site feasibility, investor sales, house and land sales plus interstate/overseas sales with his primary area of expertise being the marketing and selling of off the plan apartments.
