Nick Shinner joined OP Properties as sales and marketing manager in 2021. He is also one of the co-founders of Optic Property, established in July 2022 by the team at OP Properties to focus on off-the-plan project sales for apartment developers in Western Australia, and is the director of project sales.
Prior to joining OP Properties he was project marketing salesperson for Blackburne, as well as undertaking the sales management role on One Subiaco and The Grove developments. His property sales experience also includes roles with Abode New Homes, ABN Group and Pindan.
