Perth-based stockbroker Euroz faces another Opes Prime legal action from a client which has launched a $3.3 million law suit.
In a brief statement issued this afternoon, Euroz said it had received the claim from Molita Grove Grazing / Hilton Oscar Yelveton.
"Euroz is confident that we have a strong legal position and intend to vigorously defend this claim," the stockbroker said.
In June this year, Dalkeith businessman Bruce Drummond, through his company Eric Preston Pty Ltd, had filed legal action against Euroz in the Federal Court of Melbourne.
Mr Drummond claimed he lost a $7.8 million share portfolio in the collapse of Opes following advice from Euroz.
