C3 proposes name change

Clinical Cell Culture Ltd has proposed a company name change to Avita Medical Limited, whilst planning to undertake a 1 for 10 share consolidation.

The new name and capital structure follows the February merger of C3 and Visiomed Group.

Shareholders will be asked to vote on the changes at an EGM in early June.

C3 Chairman Dalton Gooding said the name change and rollout of a fresh commercial strategy marked a turning point for the medical device company.

"The new name and capital structure for the merged group represent a fresh beginning for the company and our recently formed board," said Mr Gooding.
