Belmont-based Paladio Group Ltd has continued its strong start to the year after subsidiaries, McFee and Novacoat (WA), secured a total of $10 million in new orders.
The new orders follow an announcement by Paladio yesterday in which subsidiary, Decmil Australia, won an order worth $11 million.
McFee Pty Ltd will be paid $8 million for the structural, mechanical and piping installation for a new mineral processing plant in remote Australia, while Paladio's industrial coating subsidiary, Novacoat (WA), will be paid $2 million for a package to treat fabricated structural steel works for the Boddington Gold expansion project.
Paladio managing director, Dick Wright, said the subsidiaries were poised to win the projects for some time and the company was well positioned to take advantage of continuing infrastructure work programs in the resources sector, particularly in Queensland and Western Australia.
