Stratatel buys Vircom in WA telco-focused service deal

West Perth asset and expense management provider Stratatel Ltd has acquired Burswood-based Vircom Pty Ltd, a provider of fixed line and mobile telephone billing management services, from Intermoco Ltd for as much as $205,000.

The purchase price is initially an amount of $125,000 and an additional $6,666.67 per month (for up to 12 months) based on specific measurable criteria (up to a maximum of $80,000).

Stratatel Ltd managing director Mike Fairclough said: "The addition of Vircom's blue chip clients adds an estimated $500,000 in recurrent annual revenue and annualised earnings of approximately $200,000 per annum, subject to client
retention".

Mr Fairclough went on to say: "The acquisition of Vircom is compelling as it adds additional knowledge and skill to Stratatel, as well as providing cross sell opportunities for Stratatel's FleetManager® system."
