Board Moves October 21, 2021

Craig Amos will be retiring as non-executive director of Pentanet at the upcoming AGM on 23 November. Mr Amos joined the board three years ago and is stepping down to focus on other executive and professional responsibilities.

Structural Monitoring Systems has transitioned the company to a more independent board with a skills matrix that includes relevant industry and governance experience. Michael Reveley has resigned, Bryant Mclarty has been appointed to the board to assist with the transition, and Stephen Forman will relinquish his role as a director but remains as head of investor relations. Mr Mclarty, chair of Mac Equity Partners, will step down from the board once a sufficiently independent board is in place.
