Board Moves August 6, 2021

DC Two has appointed experienced financial services professional Shane Wee as non-executive chair from 31 August, following the resignation of Cameron McLean from the role. Mr Wee has extensive ASX experience in the financial services industry and held multiple corporate and advisor roles with ASX as well as building a network of contacts in Australia and South East Asia. He is also a shareholder of the company.

DigitalX has appointed Joel Ives to replace Shannon Coates as company secretary, and Leigh Travers will step down as executive director on 20 August. Mr Ives is an experienced Chartered Accountant providing CFO, accounting and company secretarial services for ASX-listed and private companies.

Kopore Metals has appointed Caroline Keats as non-executive director. Ms Keats has over 20 years of corporate & commercial experience and working with assets in foreign jurisdictions, particularly Africa. She has been providing corporate advisory services to the company since May.

Michael Spreadborough will be stepping down as chief executive of Metals X on 9 August. The company will not be looking for a replacement given a change in its strategic direction following the divestment of its copper and nickel assets.
