Board Moves July 9, 2021

Avenira has appointed Roger Harris as non-executive director. Mr Harris has been operating a family office for 30 years, investing in the natural resources sector and other asset classes.

Ookami has appointed Emmanuel Correia as non-executive director, and current non-executive director John Ciganek has taken over from Faldi Ismail as non-executive chair. Mr Ismail has resigned from the board after 6 years of service.

Talisman Mining has formally appointed Shaun Vokes as chief executive. Mr Vokes has been the interim CEO since September 2020. Talisman has also appointed highly experienced exploration and mining executive Russell Gregory as exploration manager from August. Mr Gregory is a geologist with over 15 years of exploration experience in Australia and overseas. He has been involved in project generation across a range of precious and base metals, and spent over 14 years with Rio Tinto including his final appointment as senior advisor of studies and technology.

Threat Protect Australia has made several board and management changes. Peter Kennan will take over from Derek La Ferla as non-executive chair with Mr La Ferla remaining a non-executive director until the end of August, Dennison Hambling becomes deputy chair and as an executive director from October, and John Hallam transitions from being chief operations officer to chief executive.
