Board Moves November 2, 2020

CBH Group has appointed Paul Sadleir as an independent non-executive director from February 2021, replacing Trent Bartlett who will retire from the board after nine years of service. Mr Sadleir spent over 14 years at Cedar Woods Properties and was its managing director. He was ranked in the top 10 CEOs in the 2014 Australian Financial Review survey of the ASX’s largest companies.

Dennis Wilkins has replaced Julia Beckett as company secretary of European Metals Holdings. Mr Wilkins is the founder and principal of DWCorporate, a corporate advisory firm servicing the natural resources industry.

Indiana Resources has appointed David Williams as non-executive director. Mr Williams has over 20 years of experience in the energy and resource industry as an experienced executive and director, including as managing director, chair and president of various ASX-listed and unlisted companies.

Latin Resources has appointed Pablo Tarantini as non-executive director. Mr Tarantini has a broad professional experience in the mining industry. He is appointed to the board as a representative of Integra Capital, a cornerstone investor of the company, where he holds the position of general managing director.

Benjamin Bell, inaugural director of Norwest Minerals, will be retiring from the board at the upcoming AGM in November.
