Hesperia launches industrial project

The newly formed business entity between Linc Property and Fini Group has launched a new 17-hectare industrial precinct near Perth Airport.

The Abernethy Road Industrial Area originated from surplus land within a national rail operator’s facility, located two kilometres from Perth Airport within the Forrestfield industrial area.

Hesperia said more than 60 per cent of the site had already been pre-committed, with initial site works underway and two lots remaining, offering options to purchase land and develop or lease a purpose-built facility.

Hesperia co-founder Ben Lisle said the fast absorption of land was primarily as a result of businesses looking to take advantage of the location, the site offering frontage along Abernethy Road and situated minutes from Tonkin and Roe Highways, as well as the Great Eastern Highway Bypass.

“Despite business uncertainty due to COVID-19 and global economic conditions, the tightly held land parcel has generated strong interest due to its long term strategic location for transport and logistics businesses,” Mr Lisle said.
