Board Moves July 23, 2020

ClearVue Technologies has appointed Ken Jagger as interim chief executive. Mr Jagger has established, grown and run third party ‘reseller’ networks on a national basis. He has been with ClearVue since March 2019 and became chief commercial officer in October 2019.

Roots Sustainable Agricultural Technologies has appointed Peter Hatfull as non-executive director. Mr Hatfull has over 40 years of experience in a range of board and senior executive positions with Australian and international companies in the areas of business optimisation, capital raising and group restructuring.

Simon Robertson has resigned as a non-executive director and company secretary of ScandiVanadium. The company has appointed Tom Langley as non-executive director and Ian Hobson as company secretary. Mr Langley has extensive experience in the identification of prospective ground and early-stage evaluation of mining projects in Western Australia, and founded DT Sands which supplies to waterwell drilling companies in the Pilbara. Mr Hobson has over 30 years of experience in providing corporate finance, governance, corporate accounting, company secretarial and restructuring advice.
