Established by managing director Rochelle Masters in 2014, Masters & Co is on track to become a true industry standout in the delivery of private psychological health services.
The company’s rapid ascension to the top of a highly-qualified field of Rising Stars followed its introduction of a new approach towards treating mental illness, capitalising on increased demand for mental health and wellness services across Western Australia.
Masters & Co was also named the best small business among the Rising Stars field.

The 16th iteration of the Rising Stars awards was a celebration of one of its most talented and impressive cohorts.
At a gala awards ceremony held at Government House, more than 350 guests and dignitaries were entertained by roving band Muchos Mariachi and string quartet and drums combo Aquila Music.
Other businesses shortlisted for the overall prize were: MSP Engineering, which has achieved phenomenal rates of growth on the back of WA’s nascent lithium boom; The Tailor Made Spirits Co, whose West Winds gins continue to rise in popularity; and Magellan Power, which has regrown its business on the back of a resurgence in the state's mining sector.
The remaining category winners were tradie startup Plumbing Bros, indigenous business Wungening Aboriginal Corporation, not-for-profit group Mosaic Community Care, productivity specialists Illuminance Solutions, and people’s choice winner Regen Power.
