Jobs and the changing nature of work are the focus of the third episode of Office Hours – the property podcast of Business News.

In this edition, host Damian Stone is joined by John Nicolaou, executive director of ACIL Allen Consulting, to discuss the future of work in WA with the rise of the gig economy and AI as well as examining the outlook for the jobs market in various sectors (resources, the public sector, healthcare and emerging sectors).  

Later in the podcast, Damian meets with the founder of co-working operator Spacecubed, Brodie McCulloch, to talk about the growth of Spacecubed and shared work spaces, beyond start ups who uses flexible spaces, the importance of community and offering more than a desk and the potential impact of new international operators opening in Perth.
