The company, which was formed earlier this year as a partner agency with Clarity Communications, has recently added a number of major brands to its account roster, including Mrs Mac's, West Coast Eagles, Foodworks, Australian Finance Group, and Pindan.
Three staff have joined the team to accommodate the work, meaning a total of 10 staff, with 15 expected by next year, to manage more than 20 clients.
Adam Graveley has joined Firefly360 as creative director having worked for global brands in London and Australia including Qantas, Sony, Vodafone, Rio Tinto, and BHP Billiton.
Beth Bolt will return to Perth to take the role of digital strategist, after roles with UK brands including Edinburgh Fringe, VisitScotland, Highland Spring, and Aegon, as well as the Scottish government.
After roles with Rare and Meerkats, Baquer Abbas has joined Firefly360 as digital delivery manager, bringing a range of experience managing digital projects for brands such as Microsoft, Hilton and Pepsi at agencies including Wunderman, Possible, and Proximity.
Firefly360 managing director Andrew Mathwin said the team was making rapid progress in expanding its reach and activities, as major brands looked for a new digital agency that could give them market insights.
“Our growing team has a wealth of international experience and we are focused on helping every client push their digital boundaries to see what’s possible and ultimately achieve and scale commercial results,” he said.

National mortgage broking group AFG has appointed Firefly360 to develop a specific digital strategy to attract more brokers to its Australian network.
Leading property and construction group Pindan has appointed Firefly360 to work on social media campaigns for major developments in Queensland and Western Australia, including Mahala (Qld), Plaza Central (Qld), Haven Ridgewood (WA) and Botanica Canning Vale (WA)
Nationally, Firefly360 has ties with Facebook, as well as Melbourne-based media agency Nunn Media.
