Robert S Middlemas has resigned as non-executive director of Elemental Minerals, after 6 years with board both as a non-executive director and previously as a non-executive chairman.
Jonathan Trollip has been appointed as non-executive director of the company. Mr Trollip is currently non-executive chairman of Global Value Fund and Future Generation Investment Company and holds various private company directorships in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. He has previously been a partner with Herbert Smith Freehills.
Carlo Baravalle has been appointed as a non-executive director of World Titanium Resources.
Brad Sampson has been appointed as non-executive chairman of Agrimin. Mr Sampson replaces Stephen Everett as a non-executive chairman of the company.
Mr Sampson has been the managing director of Discovery Metals and has held senior management roles in companies including Gold Fields, Newcrest Mining and Thiess.
Alec Brennan has resigned from his role as a non-executive director of Emeco Holdings. Mr Brennan has been a director of Emeco since prior to listing in 2006 and was chairman of Emeco for over ten years.
