Activ Foundation appoints new CEO and managing director

Danielle Newport has been appointed as the new chief executive officer and managing director of Activ Foundation, commencing on April 1, 2016. Ms Newport will take over the role from outgoing CEO Tony Vis.

Ms Newport has previously held various senior leadership roles at Activ Foundation during her four and half years with the organisation, including her current position as the general manager of strategy.

She is a qualified accountant and chartered secretary and has over 15 years of experience working in senior corporate and finance roles.
