Board Moves - Feb 11-12 2016

Brad Lingo has been appointed as a non-executive director of Oilex. Mr Lingo has previously worked with Tenneco Energy and El Paso Corporation, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, has been the managing director & CEO of Drillsearch Energy, and is currently also the managing director & CEO of Elk Petroleum.

Alan Jenks and Rodney Baxter have resigned as non-executive directors of Triton Minerals.

David Wheeler has been appointed as a non-executive director of Antilles Oil and Gas. In addition, Ranko Matic has been appointed non-executive director of the company and will also continue his role as company secretary.

David Ormerod, Gary Grubitz and Jack Hamilton have resigned as directors of Antilles Oil.
