Panoramic Resources appoints non-executive director

Peter Sullivan has been appointed to the board of Panoramic Resources as a non-executive director. Mr Sullivan is an engineer with an MBA and has been involved in the development of resource companies and projects for over 20 years. His work experience includes periods in project engineering, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate and operational management and public company directorships. Mr Sullivan is the present non-executive Chairman of Zeta Resources. In addition, he is also a non-executive director of Resolute Mining and GME Resources, and non-executive Chairman of Pan Pacific Petroleum.
