Insurance Commission of WA appoints new commissioners

The Insurance Commission of Western Australia has welcomed three new female commissioners as part of four new appointments.

The new commissioners are Yasmin Broughton, Carol Dolan, and Andrea Hall and Rob Bransby.

Ms Broughton is a qualified solicitor and barrister and the current general counsel and company secretary for Atlas Iron.

Ms Dolan has considerable Insurance Commission industry experience.

Ms Hall has background in audit, risk and governance for public as well as private institutions, and is a former partner of KPMG Australia and current board member of Lotterywest.

Mr Bransby has extensive experience in insurance and financial services as the current managing director of HBF in Western Australia.
