Adventure World has appointed Laura Kersten as food and beverage manager.
Her appointment coincides with a full review of the theme park’s food outlets and menu.
Ms Kersten previously held senior operations management positions at Perth restaurants Jus Burgers, Pinchos Y Tapas, Snags & Sons and Sumo Salad.
