Coffee franchise Muzz Buzz has introduced drive-thru ATMs to its business in a move it claims should appeal to women and people with mobility issues.
The company, which was founded in Perth in 2004, today unveiled its first drive-thru ATM alongside its Canningvale franchise.
The company indicated more ATMS would be established at other Muzz Buzz franchises across Perth.
“These new drive-thru ATMs should prove especially appealing to women, the elderly and those with mobility issues who can now use an ATM from the safety of their own car,” founder Warren Reynolds said in a statement.
“The Muzz Buzz Money Machine is another example of our determination to revolutionise the Australian drive thru market; to bring fun, convenience and entertainment to our customers and to provide products and services that fit with their busy lifestyles.”
The company has also pledged to give 1.25 cents from every transaction to the Canteen Foundation, which equates to 5 per cent of its profits from the $2.50 transaction fee charged.
