Mid-tier accounting group ROCG has expanded its presence in Western Australia with a second Perth practice joining the network.
Alessandrino Scivolo has joined the ROCG national alliance from July 1, trading as ROCG Stirling.
The new Cedric Street office is additional to the established ROCG Perth practice, which is led by principals Stewart Blizard, Peter Kinsman and Joanne Barbour, in West Perth.
Mr Blizard said ROCG Perth had 26 staff, while the new office had 20 staff, including principals Rob Femia, Tony Kolker and Michael Huynh.
Taken together, ROCG would rank as one of the top 20 accounting firms in Perth, according to the Business News Book of Lists.
Mr Blizard said his practice had a long-term association with Alessandrino Scivolo, which has been auditor for ROCG Perth.
He said the two firms offered a broad range of accounting and business services, with the Stirling practice having a particular strength in the property and construction sector and the Perth office having a growing consulting practice.
To support that area, it has this month promoted Mathieu Paul to director of consulting.
ROCG has six offices across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, with offices in Adelaide and Brisbane planned.
