Accounting firm Walker Wayland WA has signed a heads of agreement with fellow practice Attalus which will lead to a merger of the two firms.
Walker Wayland currently has 24 staff, and ranks as the 34th largest accounting practice in WA Business News' Book of Lists.
Upon completion of the merger, it will have 27 staff.
The merged firm will have revenue of approximately $4 million.
Walker Wayland WA director, John Dorazio said the two firms would complete a merger of the practices in six months.
“The team at Attalus adds another level of expertise and range of services that will benefit all our clients,” he said.
