Western Australia’s largest dairy, Brownes, has announced the acquisition of Canning Vale-based Casa Dairy for an undisclosed sum.Brownes said it planned to expand Casa’s niche cheese and gourmet yoghurt lines under the deal, with all Casa staff to be retained.
