GR Engineering has won a $12 million contract at Sandfire Resources’ DeGrussa copper-gold project near Meekatharra.
The engineering, procurement and construction contract will see GR provide foundations, structures, mechanical equipment, piping, electrical instrumentation, controls and information management systems for the project’s paste backfill plant.
Works are due for completion in December, managing director Joe Ricciardo said.
“Securing this contract extends GR Engineering’s strong track record in the design and construction of paste plants and is a further positive endorsement of our capabilities and expertise in this area,” Mr Ricciardo said in a statement.
At 12:00PM WST, GR Engineering stocks had slipped 2.1 per cent, trading at $1.60.
