GUSTO readers will notice some temporary changes to the food and entertainment pages in coming weeks ... the very entertaining Julie-anne Sprague will be taking a well-earned break.

But it certainly won’t be all fun ... or will it? During her six weeks in Europe, Ms Sprague will sample the sweet delights of Parisien pastry, the test of stamina that is Munich’s Oktoberfest, and the refinement and sublime taste of espresso coffee in the alfresco cafes of Rome.

But she’s not leaving Perth and its top foodies behind. Our October 9 special feature on some of the city’s most successful restaurateurs will see to that.
