Joint General Manager, JWH Group
Growing up surrounded by the building industry, Jay followed a similar path to his father beginning his career at Midland Brick in 2006 before joining Plunkett Homes in a business development role and later moving to The Rural Building Company as general manager.
In 2012, Jay moved to Head Office and a role as general manager, working alongside his father and the JWH executive group with his sister, Alicia soon moving into a general manager and company secretary role not long after. Since then, he has been involved with JWH Group brands such as Oswald Homes, Residential Attitudes and WA Country Builders.
A keen industry contributor, Jay has long been involved with the Housing Industry Association, Master Builders Australia and the Urban Development Institute of Australia, serving on various committee’s and roles in a bid to positively support and help shape the wider industry.
