Gavin Hawkins has been extensively involved in the property sector since 2000, with significant experience across all classes of asset ownership and development.
Having grown up in Perth, Gavin spent his formative career years as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Perth, before gaining several years of experience in the Investment Banking Sector in London. Arriving back in Perth in the early 2000’s, Gavin co-founded and became managing director of ASX 300 listed Property and Funds Management Company, Aspen Group.
Gavin is now a co-founding principal and managing director of Perth based property development and construction business, Edge Visionary Living. Having brought to market circa 1500 apartments, totalling more than $1.5 billion since its foundation in 2013, Edge has quickly grown to become recognised as one of our City’s leading apartment development companies.
With several prominent high end residential developments under construction including Riviere Residences in Applecross, Broadway on the bay in Crawley, The Dunes in Scarborough, Lumiere in South Perth and Claytons in Mindarie, Edge is passionate about redefining what apartment living means in Perth.
