Managing Director, Hesperia
Ben Lisle is managing director of Hesperia, a leading Western Australian property group working across the commercial, medical, industrial, residential property sectors. Hesperia has also invested in complementary sustainability-based businesses and was the first certified B-Corp in the state’s property industry.
Hesperia was formed through the merger of Linc Property and Fini Group in 2020 and aims to deliver places of enduring value by being the local leader in urban regeneration, through projects that provide tangible social and environmental benefits.
Mr Lisle has extensive experience across all elements of property development and management including due diligence, deal structuring, finance, planning and approvals, construction and asset management. His focus has been on the identification and rapid delivery of high complexity infill sites that are well located but which require innovative approaches to resolve planning, infrastructure or environmental issues.
Prior to his career in property, Mr Lisle held senior finance and advisory roles as a Director and Co-Founder of at Azure Capital and Director at Poynton and Partners. His work included management of private equity capital raisings and IPOs, the structuring and execution of large project finance packages, mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory services.
Mr Lisle holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Australia, a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia and has completed the Management Development Program at Harvard Business School.
