Wen Wang

Wen Wang was trained as a mining engineer in China and Germany. He has over 20 years of mining experience at the Fankou Mine which has a throughput of 1.6 million tonnes a year, producing 180,000 tonnes of zinc and lead in concentrates. Mr Wang was instrumental in the Fankou Mine’s expansion program undertaken during 2005-2008 to bring its mining capacity from 1.3 million to 1.6 million tonnes a year. With his in-depth knowledge and understanding in base metals, base metal concentrates, the manufacturing circuit and the raw material going into the circuit, Mr Wang was promoted as general manager to marketing department of Zhongjin Lingnan in 2011 and was in-charge of the overall purchasing and marketing business of the parent company.
