Stef Weber

Stef Weber is a chartered accountant with over 16 years’ experience in the mining industry. Before he joined Aviva as chief financial officer in 2011, Mr Weber was regional chief financial officer of Exxaro Resources for 16 years. He held various senior financial positions in Exxaro’s mineral sands and coal division in South Africa and Australia. He was also financial manager and company secretary for Exxaro’s operations in Australia.
