Sean Foy

Sean Foy has over 25 years of experience across government and private sector, metals and non-metals manufacturing, and most significantly within major resources construction and maintenance in Western Australia and Interstate. He is particularly experienced working with executives on HR and employee relations strategy, project planning and contractor management.

Mr Foy has been with Panetta McGrath Lawyers since 2020 and assists clients across all areas of employment law including difficult or sensitive disciplinary matters, enterprise bargaining, contracting, workplace governance (strategy, policies, procedures, investigation, and auditing activities) and represents parties in employment-related litigation.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations (Honours).
