Scott Archibald

Scott Archibald has completed a Bachelor of Construction Management and his knowledge of construction programming, cost planning and financials and projected cash flows, gained across a decade of construction industry experience in WA, is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of Iris Residential’s projects from pre-construction through to completion. Prior to joining Iris Residential, Mr Archibald practised as a quantity surveyor for more than eight years with one of Australia’s leading construction cost consultancies and was involved in some of WA’s most significant State Government infrastructure projects as well as major private sector developments. A registered member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Mr Archibald has more than ten years of WA construction industry experience and knowledge across a broad range of development sectors including hospitals, health care and aged-care facilities, education, commercial and multi-residential projects. He is also a Property Council Residential Committee Member.
