Ray Hart

Ray Hart, founder and managing director of Catalise (an investment and advisory firm) and Urbotanica (an Australian agtech startup), has over 25 years of experience in professional practice, corporate advisory and executive roles including as chief executive, chief financial officer and chief restructuring officer. Mr Hart led many large-scale transformation and restructuring assignments for global brands including international airlines (Caribbean and Southern Europe), finance and technology service companies (Central & Western Europe) and specific advisory on numerous other projects. His appetite for change and innovation has spurred his philanthropic passion in supporting new technologies and startup businesses including co-founding the West Australian Angel Investor network.
