Peter Fogarty

Peter Fogarty has diversified business interests across wine, water and corporate advisory. He is a director of Pendulum Capital (part of Pendulum Group), proprietor of Fogarty Wine Group, which is one of WA’s largest wine producers, and major shareholder and director of water company Aqua Ferre.

Mr Fogarty commenced his career as a lawyer in 1974. He spent 16 years running ASX-listed ERG, which built a global business developing and supplying public transport ticketing systems. He left ERG in 2003 and the business is now in private hands.
