Paul Meloncelli was a sales and account manager at GEON from 1995 to 2012. He then managed the bookshop and printing services at Murdoch University. In 2013, Mr Meloncelli joined other senior managers of GEON in buying out the business and resurrecting and renaming it Advance Press.
