Previously working at Munro Doig and Hewett & Lovitt, Modiesha has substantial experience across the full range of complex commercial, taxation and estate planning matters. As well as providing internal taxation advice to HHG lawyers in other divisions, Modiesha takes external instructions in all areas of Federal taxation (including GST, income tax and capital gains tax), State taxation (including transfer duty, payroll tax and land tax), complex Wills and estate planning, general commercial and trust matters.
