Michael Steuert

Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Michael Steuert has extensive international financial management experience. As chief financial officer and senior vice president and principal accounting officer of Fluor Corporation, his focus was on risk and project management, SOX, compliance and ethics, capital structure strength and development of world-class finance function.

Mr Steuert was also chief financial officer of of Litton Industries and GenCorp. Prior to that, he held developmental controllership and treasury positions in US and Europe with TRW Inc. Mr Steuert also holds board positions with ProLogisInc, Weyerhaeuser Corporation, and Kurion.

Mr Steuert has both Bachelors and Masters degrees from the Carnegie Mellon University, and has completed postgraduate training at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
