Matthew Lyford

Matthew Lyford is the sole director and licensee at Lyfords, having started his commercial property career in the late 1980s. With over 25 years of experience, Mr Lyford is very well versed in many disciplines associated with the industrial and commercial property industry. He offers extensive experience in investment sales, commercial leasing and industrial land sales. Mr Lyford has worked internationally and interstate with major commercial firms including Chesterton International in the UK, Colliers Jardine in Sydney and Perth, and CB Richard Ellis in Perth. Prior to opening Lyfords, he successfully owned and operated Industrial & General Real Estate Agents for 10 years, and jointly owned and operated LJ Hooker Commercial Perth.
