Martin Crawford

Martin Crawford has been appointed a magistrate of the Magistrates Court of Western Australia in August 2019. Mr Crawford is a senior associate of Arns & Associates, which he joined in 2003 after migrating from Zimbabwe. He obtained a B.Proc from the University of South Africa and was admitted as a legal practitioner in Zimbabwe in 1999. Mr Crawford was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in Australia in 2003. In 2005, he completed a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice. Mr Crawford regularly appears in all courts, including as sole counsel in trials and appeals. He has a strong interest in debt recovery matters and commercial disputes.
